Sometimes, I will buy produce at the grocery store to experiment, and then we purchase seeds because we love the products we produce. Celery & Carrot Relish is one of those products. We have never grown celery; apparently, growing is pretty straightforward.   Celery absorbs all the flavors of the living brine and has a crisp texture that makes an excellent relish for any occasion!
