Junk Drawer was an accident that became an obsession! Each season, I have a weird assortment of leftover ingredients, and I combine them to create a fantastic, hot, and delicious salsa! It has some of the hottest peppers and unique vegetables, making this salsa stand out! There are Ghost, Scorpion, Carolina Reaper, Habanero, Jalapeno, Serano, and sweet peppers. The cauliflower, carrots, onion, garlic, and cilantro allow all the pepper flavor showcased in a fresh, hot, delicious salsa.
